Email supportNo. The $50,000 balance, every listing and every price are virtual. Prices are generated on your device and do not reflect live markets. The desk holds no funds and offers no deposits, withdrawals or advice.
Open Desk, tap the gear, and choose Start over. Positions, orders, bots and history are cleared and the balance returns to $50,000.
Nothing runs in the background. When you reopen the app, each running bot replays the price path since it was last processed and executes the rungs that were crossed, at the rung prices. The result is the same as if the app had stayed open.
A trailing stop follows the best price seen and triggers only when price retraces by the full trail distance. Open orders on Trade show the current stop level next to the trail percentage.
A limit placed on the wrong side of the book — a buy above the ask — is marketable and fills at once as a taker. Place buys below the current price and sells above it to rest.
